My Busy Saturday

Yesterday morning I woke up around 8 and got the kids ready to go over my parents house. My mom watched the kids while two of my sisters and I ran and walked 2 miles down at the marina. It felt good after but boy was I exhausted! I think next week I will start doing some Jillian workouts. :) She is going to kick my butt for sure!
After the 2 miles, we went back and took showers and ate lunch. My sister Chelsey and I took my kids to a small town fair around here. We didn't stay too long because it was hot and mind you, I was still tired from the morning so I did not want to be on my feet the rest of the day. Chelsey took Esmie on a little train ride which I think she enjoyed. She also shared a gape sno-cone with me and I played this dart game and won her a little stuffed unicorn. I'm not too sure she really likes the unicorn though because the lady gave her a few other choices but each one she would push it away so I decided on the unicorn for her.
Chance slept the whole hour we were there while sitting in his little front pack. He's such a good baby, it makes it so easy to be able to do things like this.
Phil is still out of town. It feels really weird that he isn't coming home until Monday sometime.
Last night I was putting Esmie to bed so that I could head out the door for coffee and we were saying prayers and then I had her give Chance and I a kiss. Every night she will always give Phil, Chance and I a kiss goodnight. Well, I set her down in her crib and she points in the door and says, "Daddy". It was so cute! She hasn't seen him in a few days and she remembered, Oh! I gotta give my Daddy a kiss!
To finish off the night I went out for coffee which was a lot of fun. But today is a new day and I still have to figure out what I am going to eat for lunch at the Sunday School Picnic. Have a great Sunday everyone!
